Making the most of the feedback on our aerodynamic technology which was born and refined in the racing circuit, the Z power wing has achieved the extremely beautiful form of the optimal downforce in respect to its weight, finish, durability, and quality, all of which are requirements for street vehicles. It amplifies the pleasure in any driving scene. Two choices are offered for the material ? one is dry carbon which is ultra light and strong and the other is reasonably priced wet carbon There are four choices on the width of the wing, 1350, 1400, 1500, and 1600mm. The application covers many vehicle models and the customers can select a wing which best fits their driving objective and their personal liking The wing angle is adjustable by 15 steps and it can provide the best setting for a course and for a car. In addition to the great contribution to the driving performance, the wing prides itself on the bracket made of dry carbon material and on the metal supports made of machined aluminum with excellent texture. Feature
1) The main body adopts the three dimensional curve type which is becoming the standard in the racing industry.
2) Wing angle is adjustable which makes the best setting possible based on the vehicle model, the tuning specification, and the driving stage.
3) Two material types are available, dry carbon and wet carbon.
Brackets
The wing brackets are made of the dry carbon for all the models.
The mounting brackets are designed individually for each application in order to provide the excellent appearance.
Regarding the metal support for the wing, the regular mounting type uses 6mm machined light weight aluminum processed with black anodization. The low mounting type is made of ultra light & high rigid dry carbon.
carbon
The wet carbon product adopts the twilled carbon cloth which has beautiful texture. A weather proof clear gel coating is applied on the surface of the wet carbon product. The surface of the dry carbon product is also protected by the weather proof clear painting. The polymer wax is applied for both products.
5mm dry carbon is used for the windtip panel.
